BMSData Viewer 1.2

The BMS Data Viewer is a free-to-use software designed for real-time monitoring and analysis of battery conditions. It connects to a computer via an USB2UTP cable linked to the battery's RS485 port. The program can display individual cell voltages, the State of Charge (SOC), total voltage, current amperage, as well as environmental and MOS temperatures, plus the minimum and maximum cell voltages. It also provides detailed information about the designed and full capacities, the remaining capacity, the average cell voltage, and the voltage difference between cells.

In this video, we are testing a Hungarian-made GreenBull battery. During the test, it is clearly visible how the battery cells balance themselves during charging and when the charge is stopped. The Hungarian-owned GreenBull battery company places great emphasis on quality to achieve maximum utilization of the battery.

On its graphical interface, the software shows charts of the voltage variations over time for each cell, which can help identify performance discrepancies or potential faults. The data can be exported in CSV format for further analysis. An information panel on the right side of the screen offers additional details about the BMS (Battery Management System) and the battery, such as the product name, manufacturer, model, and a web page link for more information.

Overall, the BMS Data Viewer is a valuable tool for anyone looking to closely monitor and analyze the condition of their batteries, whether for hobbyist or professional use.

The program is compatible with various types of batteries. If you have a battery that is not listed, please contact our colleague or visit our website at greenhess.com.
