After dispatch, delivery is carried out by the selected courier service.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery is expected to be:

GLS (1–3), MPL (5-8) business days within Hungary.

The stated duration is for information purposes only. Delivery may be delayed during holidays, peak periods (e.g., year-end), weather or logistical reasons.

The shipping fee is calculated and displayed during checkout at the time of order placement.

Receipt and Inspection

Please check the package upon receipt.

In case of damaged packaging, request a report from the courier if possible.
If the package is damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours (with attached photo).

Incorrect Address Data

The accuracy of the shipping address is the responsibility of the customer. In case of incorrect or incomplete address data, delivery may fail or be delayed, and re-delivery may incur additional costs.
