Compatible with any P1 meter that provides telegram/P1 data on the local network via HTTP GET (URL) – for example, the HomeWizard P1 Meter.

The ADA Bridge is designed for those who:
✅ already have a P1 meter device (e.g. HomeWizard, Youless, etc.)
✅ but want to use the data with the HMKE.APP / okosvillanyora.hu cloud, MQTT, or Home Assistant system
✅ do not want to buy new hardware, only connect the existing one to the GreenHESS cloud

How does it work?

1. You connect the ADA Bridge to Wi-Fi

2. You open its own web interface

3. You enter your P1 meter’s local telegram URL (for HomeWizard, e.g.: http://IP/api/v2/p1/telegram)

4. Press the “Test” button → if OBIS codes are found, ADA Bridge saves them

5. From then on, it automatically queries the data every 10 seconds → forwards it via MQTT, to the cloud, Home Assistant

The device collects nearly 40 data points (consumption, feed-in, phase parameters, reactive energy, etc.) from the P1 meter’s telegram output and forwards them to MQTT, Home Assistant, JSON API endpoints, cloud or local network. Thanks to the JSON API output, it is easily integrable into Grafana and InfluxDB systems as well. It includes its own webserver (http://okosvillanyora.local:8989/) where data can be viewed. Remote monitoring is available via Wi-Fi connection. Supports OTA updates.

Besides local data outputs, remote access is free to use with the okosvillanyora.hu and hmke.app cloud services. If used with Home Assistant, data storage occurs within the local network, inside the Home Assistant system.

The device’s Home Assistant integration can be downloaded from HACS. This integration can distinguish multiple devices if using more than one ADA P1 Bridge with different meters.

For the above-mentioned cloud services, remote data storage options are available at a fee. More information can be found on the https://okosvillanyora.hu website. All additional cloud-based services are available by subscription (annual or monthly). Cloud service is provided free for retirees.

Package does not include: USB power adapter. (Can be connected to any USB 5V output)
Power on: Connect to a USB power adapter. The device starts with three flashes of blue light.
Wi-Fi settings: On first startup it creates a Wi-Fi hotspot named “okosvillanyora.hu”, password: "12345678". Connect to it, then open the setup interface in a browser at “http://192.168.4.1”. Configure your own 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and if needed, enter the registration email and password.
Reset: If data was entered incorrectly, you can reset the device by holding the "RESTART" button for 5 seconds.
View data: Data is accessible at "http://okosvillanyora.local:8989", Wi-Fi connection required.
For developers: Measured data is also available in JSON format at “http://okosvillanyora.local:8989/json“.
Firmware update: On startup, the device automatically checks for and installs firmware updates if available. The device runs the ADA P1 Meter firmware.
Warranty: 1 year
Maintenance: Regular firmware updates are necessary for optimal operation.
