Periodic Calculation and Feed-in Tolerance

The okosvillanyora.hu system has been expanded with a new, practical feature that helps users who monitor the operation of their solar panel system based on annual billing. The new dashboard card consists of two separate parts, which together provide even more accurate data management and easier transparency.

1. Setting up periodic calculation
This function comes in handy when you reach the end of a billing cycle (for example, annual billing) and want to restart the measurement period. Here you can enter the import/export closing values listed on the current settlement invoice.

The system automatically deducts these values from the total energy statistics visible on the dashboard, so the displayed data will only relate to the next cycle.

This way you don’t have to calculate manually or restart data recording – everything automatically resets to a new time counting.

2. Setting feed-in tolerance
In the second part of the card, you can set on a monthly basis how much feed-in is allowed according to the service provider’s regulation. These values are tolerance ranges defined by the electricity supplier (e.g., MVM Hálózat), broken down by months, related to the nominal performance (kW) of your installed system.

Example: if the June tolerance value is 3 kWh/kW, and your system is 5 kW, then 15 kWh feed-in is allowed that month.

Based on the given values, the system automatically monitors the feed-in and indicates the result with color coding:

Green: the month’s feed-in is acceptable
Red: you have exceeded the monthly limit

These two settings together allow you to get a more accurate picture of your solar panel system’s current status and comply with billing and legal requirements – calculate more simply and precisely!
